This site belongs to Cincinnati Padel Club (“the club”). It is an information site. It does not sell anything, take payments, or ask you to create an account.

What we collect

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.
• Anonymous usage statistics, if analytics are enabled, so we can see which pages people use. We do not use them to identify you.
• Anything you send us by email, which we keep only as long as we need to reply and follow up.

Bookings and memberships

Court bookings, memberships, and payments happen in Playtomic, a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you leave this site for Playtomic, their terms apply. The club can see booking and member details inside Playtomic in order to run the club.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies you need to consent to. Embedded content from Playtomic or Google Maps may set its own.
