All bookings, lessons, and memberships are sold through Playtomic, and the cancellation window shown there at checkout is the one that applies. This page explains how the club approaches the common cases.

Court bookings

• Cancel inside the window shown in Playtomic and your share is returned to you there.
• Court time is booked per player as a quarter of the court. If fewer than four players take part, the remaining balance still applies.
• No-shows are charged in full.

Weather

The courts are outdoors. If the club closes a court for lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, affected bookings are refunded or rebooked. Light rain and cold are not grounds for a refund.

Lessons and clinics

Cancel within the window shown in Playtomic for a full refund. A lesson the coach cancels is always refunded or rescheduled.

Memberships

Season memberships are not refundable once the season has started, except where the club is unable to provide the membership benefits. Questions about a specific case go to cincinnatipadelclub@gmail.com.
